Seminar 2018: Key Dates

 Key Dates 


Through June 29, 2018:  Open Registration

  •  Registration will be available and open classes will be filled as registrations are   received on a first-come, first-served basis.

  • Confirmations/invoices
    • For online registration confirmations/invoices will be immediate via email.
    • For registrant using USPS or Fax, confirmations/invoices will be sent out within 6 business days.

  • Payment is due within 45 days of receipt of invoice or by July 16, 2018, whichever comes first.

 

June 15

  •  Deadline for postmark of Exhibit entry forms.

 

June 29: Registration Closes

  • Registrations must be received by online, fax, phone or mail no later than June 29 to be considered for registration. Registrations received after this date will be subject to return.

  • Registration may close early if all classes are full. The ANG Registrar will maintain a waiting list through June 29 (all classes and changes are subject to availability).
  • Deadline for ordering Banquet Tickets, Welcome & Farewell. 
  • Deadline for ordering ANG tote bags

  • Deadline for Life Patron Luncheon reservations, Teachers’ Showcase tables, and Needlework Expo! tables.

  • Seminar cancellations before June 29, 2018 will receive a refund less the $125 non-refundable deposit.

  • After June 29, 2018 no refunds will be given.

  • Requests for changes to classes must be made in writing to the ANG Registrar and received by this date.

 

July 27-August 14

  •  Exhibit entries should be shipped to arrive between July 27 and August 14.

 

July 28

  •  Deadline for making hotel reservations at the Washington Marriott Wardman Park.

 

August 22 12:00-Noon

  •  Onsite check-in begins!  Welcome!

ANG defines needlepoint as any counted or free stitchery worked by hand with a threaded needle on a readily countable ground.
