| Learn to create the effect of an overdyed or hand-painted thread, using skeins of solid colors! No more eliminating a color from a skein of overdyed thread and fretting over the fact that columns and rows in a design don’t match. This course will introduce a method of using color that will solve these problems. Practice stitch patterns that are appropriate for this technique and then work a five-inch square design using this method. Instructions will include shapes for creating your own ornaments. A bonus will be a petite stocking design worked using this method.
