Thistle and Kilt: Goldwork and Plaid
A jeweled goldwork Scottish thistle rests on the Royal Stewart hunting tartan in the background. The course covers three techniques: one, learning Chottie Alderson's classic plaid technique; two, traditional raised and dimensional English goldwork; and three, attaching Swarovski crystals to needlepoint. The bound booklet has computer diagrams and step-by-step color images.
