| Description: | More than 300 rare works of art, documents and historical objects from the Vatican and the Vatican Museums are included in a traveling exhibit, "Saint Peter and the Vatican: The Legacy of the Popes," from a collection spanning over 2,000 years. The exhibit will visit three North American cities, beginning June 2005 in Montreal, then on to San Antonio, and ending May 2006 in Milwaukee. Needleworkers will be especially interested in viewing the many embroidered liturgical ceremonial garments.
