Front and Back Covers: "Noah's Ark," designed by Betty Smith's Traditions of Canyon Lake, Texas, features a delightful collection of realistic people, the ark, and two of each animal. The back cover shows the lone unicorn who "missed the boat" according to folk legends. The entire collection was stitched by ANG Life Patron Members as a fund-raiser to benefit Needle Pointers.

All of this was the "brain child" of Special Projects Chairman, Kathy Holman, who began with the idea that "two of every sort" would provide ample stitching for patron members to use as a fund-raiser. This was so popular that a second project, a beautiful Crèche designed by Petei Unlimited, Limited of Austin, Texas, was also stitched as a fund-raiser. Read about both projects and the stitchers in Mimi Kaufman's story, "Two by Two.
