Experimenting with metal threads by sampling all types and shapes will teach students not to be intimidated by this type of embroidery. Not only will students learn about metal threads, they will design their own goldwork piece. Kit includes two pieces of ecru Congress cloth, a box with many samples of metal threads, needles, and a comprehensive guide. Meredith will also bring antique samples, books, design ideas, additional threads, and pictures.
