A passionflower is a peculiar but beautiful flower. Herbalists use the passionflower as a sedative. Meredith will teach the silk and metal techniques to complete this piece: silk shading, Turkey work, chipping, and unique stitch called the Bayeux stitch, which is a laid and couched stitch that was used in the Bayeux Tapestry and other needlework centuries ago.
