The Colonel stands with the racing saddle, waiting for his favorite horse, Happy Jack. The Colonel recalls earlier years as a jockey, when swarms of pretty women circled him like horseflies. Now, rich in every way, he appreciates friends he has made and great horses he has known. Remember your time in Baltimore by stitching The Colonel. Suede appliqués, dimensional techniques, and traditional stitches all contribute to a fun project.
