Come and discover the many possibilities of making and using overdyed threads as we explore a patriotic sampler commemorating our country’s 400th anniversary since the founding of Jamestown in 1607. This class is an intensive and fun dyeing workshop and study on overdyed threads. In class we will work on a delicate pin keep, finishing needlework on a fixed form and box, and felting wool liners. Demonstrations will show how a variety of commercially available boxes can be used to mount and display custom designed needlework. Rectangular sewing box included.

Kit Fee/Contents: $102; half a yard of 32-count linen, cotton floss, box, linen, finishing forms, all materials required to dye threads and finish the box, instruction booklet, and photo.
