One of Linda’s favorite stitches is the versatile crescent. By simply changing the relationship of the positions where you come up or go down, you can change the entire look of the stitch. This class is an exploration of the humble crescent. Linda promises a day of play with this basic canvas stitch — everything from the traditional right-angle crescent through curved crescents, interwoven crescents, and on into the artistic realm of multilayered crescents. Using several different threads, come create a beautiful geometric fantasy. Three color schemes will be offered.

Proficiency Level: Intermediate

Design Size: 9¼" x 9¼"

Kit Fee/Contents: $55; #18 canvas in choice of black (model color), aqua, or Leventeen blue; #8 pearl cotton; #8 metallic braid; fine sewing metallic thread; and instructions.
