Class Packages and Other Registration Fees

Each registrant must pay the $45 nonrefundable registration fee to sign up for Seminar classes and activities. All registrants must be present at Seminar to be eligible to receive the Participant's Package, which includes the Participant's Handbook, a Seminar pin, and other Seminar goodies upon check-in in Indian Wells. In addition, registrants have the right to sign up for classes (see packages listed below), tours, and banquets, as well as attend events such as Needlework Expo! and the Silent and Live Auctions. There are four Class Packages (you must choose only one when taking classes):

Bronze Package
This package permits you to attend up to one (1) full day of classes. The $100 fee associated with this package covers the class costs (but not the kit fees). There are no banquet tickets included in this package. You must purchase your banquet ticket(s) separately from your Class Package. See the Registration Form, Options, to pick the banquet(s) of your choice.

Silver Package
This package permits you to attend one and a half (1½) to three (3) days of classes. The $255 fee associated with this package covers the class costs (but not the kit fees) and one (1) banquet ticket to either the Welcome Banquet or the Awards Banquet. On the Registration Form, you must select one banquet that you plan to attend. You may order a ticket for the other banquet or any additional tickets under Options on the Registration Form.

Gold Package
This package permits you to attend three and a half (3½) to five (5) days of classes. The $395 fee associated with this package covers the class costs (but not the kit fees) and one (1) banquet ticket to either the Welcome Banquet or the Awards Banquet. On the Registration Form, you must select one banquet that you plan to attend. You may order a ticket for the other banquet or any additional tickets under Options on the Registration Form.

Platinum Package
This package permits you to attend five and a half (5½) to eight (8) days of classes. The $525 fee associated with this package covers the class costs (but not the kit fees) and one (1) banquet ticket. On the Registration Form, you must select one banquet that you plan to attend. You may order a ticket for the other banquet or any additional tickets under Options on the Registration Form.

Teaching Excellence
Teaching Excellence is designed to encourage ANG members to pursue teaching needlework in its many manifestations and to provide training opportunities for those already teaching. Adding this class will not increase the registration packet level you have chosen. The class is limited to 24 students. Any registrant wishing to take the Teaching Excellence class must also be signed up to take at least two (2) additional days of classes (Silver Package or higher).

Commuter Fee
If you are not staying at the Indian Wells Hyatt Grand Champions Resort, Villas and Spa and are taking two or more days of classes, you must pay the $80 commuter fee. You must stay a minimum of two nights at the Indian Wells Hyatt Grand Champions Resort, Villas and Spa to avoid the commuter fee.
