April 7: Mail or fax a photocopy of the Registration Form any time up to and including this date in order to be considered for Registration. Registrations must be received no later than this date to be considered for Registration. Registrations postmarked and faxed after this date will be treated on a first come, first-serve basis as Late Registrations.
April 30: Class confirmations/invoices mailed by ANG Registrar to Registrants. A list of people needing roommates will be enclosed if you have requested a roommate.
May 6: Beginning on this date, Late Registrant confirmations/invoices will be mailed out weekly as the registrations are received. Those who give an e-mail address will have their invoices e-mailed to them.
June 17:
- Deadline for receipt by ANG Registrar of balance due for all who received a class confirmation or invoice dated on or before May 1.
- Seminar cancellations that are postmarked on or before this date will receive a refund less $65. All cancellations must be made in writing.
- Requests for changes in class(es) must be made in writing to the ANG Registrar and received by this date.
June 24:
- Deadline for postmark of Exhibit entry forms.
- Deadline for receipt by Registrar of any balance due for those who received a class confirmation or invoice dated after May 1. Registrations unpaid by this date may forfeit their places in class(es). If a credit card was used for registration fee, unpaid balances will automatically be made to these credit cards.
July 8: REGISTRATION CLOSES.
- Registration may close early if all classes are full. A waiting list will be maintained by the ANG Registrar up until this date.
- Any tour reservation received after this date is subject to space availability. Please note that tours have a minimum number of attendees. If these numbers are not met, the tour(s) will be canceled and you will be refunded your tour payment after the ANG Seminar.
- This is also the deadline for the Life Patron Luncheon, Teachers' Showcase tables, Needlework Expo! tables, and Tote Bags.
- Seminar cancellations that are postmarked after June 17 or before July 8 will receive a refund less $100. After July 8, no refunds will be given.
- Requests for tour changes or cancellations must be made in writing to the ANG Registrar and received by July 8. No changes will be made after this date.
July 15:
- By this date, revised confirmation letters and credit card receipts will be mailed to all registrants after the credit cards are processed.
- Deadline for ordering Seminar Merchandise.
- Deadline for receipt of shipped Exhibit entries.
July 25: Deadline for making hotel room reservations at the San Antonio Marriott Rivercenter.
August 25: On-site check-in begin
