| Description: | Hardanger, while lovely, can be rather static. Karla
wanted to design a hardanger piece that appeared to
"move." The hardest part about designing this
piece was creating the effects of fluidity and swirling
motion using what is essentially a geometric style of
needlework. The pearls used on this piece were real freshwater pearls. This is the first Hardanger piece that Karla has designed. |
