San Diego ANG is pleased to announce our first workshop in 2019, Sanibel Sunset by Gail Sirna! The workshop will take place February 23rd and 24th in San Diego. This ANG seminar design addresses perspective with emphasis on stitch choice, thread texture, and the sheen of the fibers. The design is worked in Soie d’Alger, Petite Silk Lame, Kreinik metallics, & Threadworx overdyed floss. This small piece will also address subtle shading techniques. This project is worked on congress cloth using 9‘ x 12” stretcher bars. The completed project size is 8.5” x 4.5”. More information and registration is available on our website at www.sdang.org, or email Cheryl at workshop@sdang.org.
