March 4, 2019 - June 21, 2019: Registration Open
- Registration will be available and open classes will be filled as registrations are received on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Registrant confirmations/invoices will be sent out within 6 business days.
- A deposit of 25% of the total fee is due at the time of registration. The balance is due by June 15, 2019.
June 7 - Deadline for postmark of Exhibit Entry Forms
June 15 - Remaining 75% of total fee is due
June 21: Registration Closes
- Registrations must be received by online, fax, phone, or mail no later than June 21 to be considered for registration.
- Requests for changes to classes must be made in writing to the ANG Registrar and received by this date. Registrations received after this date will be subject to return.
- Registration may close early if all classes are full. The ANG Registrar will maintain a waiting list through June 21 (all classes and changes are subject to availability).
- Deadline for ordering ANG tote bags
- Deadline for Life Patron Luncheon reservations, Teachers’ Showcase tables, and Needlework Expo! tables. Seminar cancellations before June 21, 2019 will receive a refund less the non-refundable deposit of $125 for members and $175 for non-members.
After June 21, 2018 no refunds will be given.
July 21–August 7: Exhibit entries should be shipped to arrive between July 27 and August 14.
July 16 - Deadline for making hotel reservations at the Marriott Marquis Houston.
