March 2, 2020 - June 12, 2020: Registration Open
- Registration will be available and open classes will be filled as registrations are received on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Registrant confirmations/invoices will be sent out within 6 business days.
- A deposit of 25% of the total fee is due at the time of registration. The balance is due by June 6, 2020.
June 5 - Deadline for Exhibit Entry Forms
June 6 - Remaining 75% of total fee is due
June 12: Registration Closes
- Registrations must be done online by June 12 to be considered for registration.
- Requests for changes to classes must be made in writing to the ANG Registrar and received by this date. Registrations received after this date will be subject to return.
- Registration may close early if all classes are full. The ANG Registrar will maintain a waiting list through June 12 (all classes and changes are subject to availability).
- Deadline for Life Patron Luncheon reservations, Teachers’ Showcase tables, and Needlework Expo! tables. Seminar cancellations before June 12, 2020 will receive a refund less the non-refundable deposit.
After June 12, 2020 no refunds will be given.
July 10 - Deadline for making hotel reservations at the Westin La Paloma.
July 12 - July 29: Shipped exhibit entries should arrive at the Shipping Coordinator address.
August 5, 12:00 Noon - Onsite check-in begins! Welcome!
