Seminar 2019: Prices

Class Packages and Other Registration Fees

At checkout:

  • You will have the option to pay your balance in full or pay the minimum deposit, which is 25% of your total cost.
  • For your convenience, 25% of your total will be automatically calculated for you at checkout. 
  • You can also pay a portion that is higher than 25%, but minimum 25% of total payment is required.
  • Credit card payment online is required for the deposit.  

After checkout: 

  • You will be sent an email confirmation notice of classes, payment, and any balance due.  
  • Balance due must be received by June 15, 2019 or your registration will be cancelled. 
  • You will not receive any class materials until the balance is paid. 
  • Balance can be paid by credit card or check.  Credit card only for initial deposit (25% minimum). 

  Cancellations: Prior to June 21, 2019, fees are refundable less a cancellation fee of: 

$125 for ANG members/$175 for non-members. 
Cancellations after June 21, 2019, no refunds will be given.

All Registrants must be present at Seminar to receive the Participants’ Package. This includes:

  • One Participants’ Handbook
  • One Seminar pin
  • Name badge
  • and other Seminar goodies

These items are distributed during check-in in Houston, TX.

Registrants have the right to sign up for classes (see packages list), and meals, as well as attend events such as Expo! and the Auction.  


There are five Class Packages. You may not combine two or more packages, you must choose only one.

 Registration Fee/Friend of ANG:   Members $125
   Non members $175

Be stitched into ANG! Enjoy Seminar activities without taking any classes. Ticketed events, such as the Needlepoint Fiesta, Farewell Gala, and Life Patron Luncheon can be included when you register 

 Registration Fee & One Day of Classes Package:  Members $275
   Non Members $325

This package permits you to:

  • Register for up to one (1) full day of classes 
  • Covers registration and class costs, excluding kit fees 
  • No meal tickets (Can be purchased separately - on the registration form you can pick the meal of your choice).
 Registration Fee & Two Days of Classes Package:  Members $425
   Non Members $525

This package permits you to:

  • Register for one and a half (1½) to two (2) days of classes 
  • Covers registration and class costs, excluding kit fees 
  • One (1) meal ticket to either the Needlepoint Fiesta or Farewell Gala.  When you register, you must select which meal you plan to attend.  You may also purchase additional tickets (including a ticket for the other meal) when you register.

 Registration & Three Days of Classes Package:  Members $525
   Non Members $575
 This package permits you to:
  • Register for two and a half (2½) to three (3) days of classes.   
  • Covers registration and class costs, excluding kit fees
  • One (1) meal ticket to either the Needlepoint Fiesta or Farewell Gala.  When you register, you must select which meal you plan to attend.  You may also purchase additional tickets (including a ticket for the other meal) when you register.

Registration & Four Days of Classes Package: Members $675 
  Non Members $725 
 This package permits you to:
  • Register for three and a half (3½) to four (4) days of classes 
  • Covers registration and class costs, excluding kit fees
  • One (1) Needlepoint Fiesta ticket AND one (1) Farewell Gala ticket.  When you register, you may order additional meal tickets.

 Registration & Five Days of Classes Package  Members $755
   Non Members $805
This package permits you to:
  • Register for four and a half (4½) to five (5) days of classes   
  • Covers registration and class costs, excluding kit fees 
  • One (1) Needlepoint Fiesta ticket AND one (1) Farewell Gala ticket.  When you register, you may order additional meal tickets.


NOTE:

  • Options such as Needlepoint Fiesta and Farewell Galat tickets, Expo and Teacher Showcase Tables and ANG Seminar Tote can be selected in addition to your package.
  • Payment in full is due at registration check out for any and all Option add-ons selected at the time of registration.
  • Options may be purchased until June 29, 2018.


What is the Facilities Usage Fee?

A Facilities Usage Fee of $250 is a one-time charge for a participant who is NOT staying at the Marriott Marquis Houston Hotel  UNDER the ANG block of rooms for at least two nights, and who is taking more than one day of classes. By using the ANG block of rooms, you help to defray the cost of the classroom, Exhibit, and meal and meeting room space that ANG needs and that you are using when you come to Seminar. Not using the ANG block of rooms costs ANG.

Invitations to other select "Invitation Only" events at Seminar will be sent closer to the event. These include the Life Patron Luncheon, Executive Council Luncheon, NETA Luncheon and Golden Start Breakfast.

ANG defines needlepoint as any counted or free stitchery worked by hand with a threaded needle on a readily countable ground.
