Elusive Dreams has a soft, dreamlike appearance stitched on French Blue canvas.  It explores the delightful, dimensional Jean Hilton stitches such as Amadeus Dagger and Star, Crescent, Double Fan Doubled, and Walneto Cloverleaf plus more. Some of the designer's favorite stitches have been added, such as Eyelets, Trellis work, Rococo, and many Waffle Stitch Variations. Over thirty stitches create this design which is encrusted with beads and crystals. It is worked using Soie Cristale, Impressions, Snow, #12 Braid, Neon Rays, and Perle Cotton. This piece is a companion to Tranquil Dream, taught at Reno in 2004.
