The American Needlepoint Guild, Inc. ("ANG") is recognized as a tax-exempt entity under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, and all donations are tax-deductible to the full extent of the law. A donation to ANG is a gift to keep needlepoint growing.

Donations are subject to approval:

• Along with donations to the funds listed below, ANG also welcomes contributions of needlework supplies (such as canvases, charts, and unused threads) for fundraising auctions held throughout the year. For more details about our auctions, please click here.
• For any Needlepoint donations, please reach out to our Auction Chairperson at auction@needlepoint.org.

The following Funds also accept donations of marketable securities, as well as gifts from various types of charitable trusts and similar vehicles (e.g., donor-advised funds). Please email treasurer@needlepoint.org for instructions on how to complete a transfer of marketable securities. Contact your attorney or financial advisor if you would be interest in creating a charitable trust, or if you would like to designate ANG as a beneficiary in your existing charitable trust or other charitable giving fund.

Unrestricted Funds

ANG has two unrestricted funds - Friends of ANG and the ANG Memorial Fund. These Funds provide ANG with maximum flexibility to respond to changing member needs, to build upon our current programs and activities, or to simply support ANG's ongoing operations.
