COVID 19 Information Center

At this time, Seminar 2021 is being planned as an in-person meeting, however, ANG is continuously monitoring the developing situation and will make the necessary changes needed. Please read below for important Information.

COVID Safety Measures:

ANG will remain compliant with all state and local regulations regarding indoor capacities, social distancing, and COVID 19 related safety measures. The hotel has also taken a pledge to provide the highest standards of cleanliness to all guests.

Due to current regulations on indoor occupancy and space needed for social distancing, all Seminar class sizes will be limited to 12 spaces. Waitlists will be maintained for any class that reaches capacity.

Attendees will be expected to comply with any measures or guidelines put into place to protect the health and safety of all participants, faculty, staff, and volunteers. Additional safety measures are subject to change based on the most up-to-date information at the time and may include, but are not limited to: wearing a face mask at all times while not seated, temperature checks, and special event registration to allow for more accurate contact tracing.

COVID Cancellation Policy

In the event ANG cancels the national seminar, the registrants will receive a refund of the fees associated with registration, which may include the non-refundable registration fee, based on a decision of the Board of Directors at that time. The deadline for a participant to cancel their registration for non-COVID 19 related reasons is June 11, 2021. If a participant cancels for non-COVID-related reasons, they will receive a refund less the non-refundable registration fee of $150 for members and $200 for non-members.

Virtual Seminar:

ANG was able to pivot to a fully virtual Seminar in 2020 due to COVID 19 and may be considered if an in-person meeting is not deemed viable in August.
