If you have any problems securing your reservation through the ANG reservations link:

Be sure that your dates are correct. The system is a little tricky so be attentive when entering your dates. If you mistakenly enter a date before or after the Seminar dates, the hotel may indicate no rooms are available for your entire stay, even if most nights of your request are available. See the class page to determine what nights you want to reserve.

Rest assured that there is ample inventory of rooms for the ANG Seminar. Sometimes technology glitches happen. There is no chance that the block is sold out. It is simply a computer or communications error that will be addressed.

If you get a message that rooms are not available, and your dates are within the Seminar dates, please email Seminar@needlepoint.org. This message will go directly to the ANG Meeting Manager who can address the issues during office hours. A copy of your email will also go to the National Seminar Coordinator so that she is aware and can ensure that the staff addresses the issue.

If possible, please wait to hear from the ANG Meeting Manager who will address the issue promptly and contact you. Again, please rest assured that rooms are available and you will not be locked out of the room block.

Reservation Deadline

To take advantage of the ANG room rate you must make your reservation before July 16, 2021.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your hotel reservation, please do so at least seven (7) days prior to your reservation to avoid being charged a cancellation fee of one nights room and tax.
