February 8 through June 11, 2021: Registration Open for Members 

•           Registration will be available and open classes will be filled as registrations are received on a first-come, first-served basis.

•           Registrant confirmations/ invoices will be sent out.

•           A deposit of 25% of the total fee is due at the time of registration. The remaining balance is due by June 4, 2021.

February 15: Registration Open for Non-Members

•           Registration will be available and open classes will be filled as registrations are received on a first-come, first-served basis.

•           Registrant confirmations/ invoices will be sent out.

•           A deposit of 25% of the total fee is due at the time of registration. The remaining balance is due by June 4, 2021.

June 4

•           Deadline for postmark of Exhibit entry forms.

•           Remaining 75% of total registration fee is due.

June 11: Registration Closes

•           Online registrations must be received no later than June 11 to be considered for registration.

•           Requests for changes to classes must be made in writing to the ANG Registrar and received by this date.

•           Registrations received after this date will be subject to return.

•         Registration may close early if all classes are full. The ANG Registrar will maintain a waiting list through June 11 (all classes and changes are subject to availability).

•           Deadline for ordering ANG tote bags.

•           Deadline for Teachers’ Showcase tables, and Needlework Expo! tables.

•           Seminar cancellations before June 11, 2021 will receive a refund less the non-refundable deposit of for non-members.

•           After June 11, 2021 no refunds will be given.

July 11 – July 27

•           Exhibit entries should be shipped to arrive between July 11 and July 27.

July 16

•           Deadline for making hotel reservations at the Kansas City Marriott Downtown.

August 4 12:00 Noon

•           Onsite check-in begins! Welcome!

NOTE: In the event ANG cancels the national seminar, the registrants will receive a refund of the fees associated with registration, which may include the non-refundable registration fee, based on a decision of the Board of Directors.
