This Seminar is Moving to Virtual

The ANG Board has voted to move the Annual Seminar to a virtual experience for another year. The news about the vaccination rate is encouraging, but the reported spikes around the country, as well as the concern about new Covid variant strains, have created enough uncertainty that the Board did not think it was wise to plan a large in-person event for this summer.

ANG leadership also took into consideration the decline in registration numbers, which are 50 - 60% below where they were at this same time in 2019 and 2020. They saw this as an indication that many people are still hesitant to travel and attend in-person events.

While ANG is sorry that we won’t be able to see everyone in person, please know that your Board, Seminar volunteers, and teachers remain committed to delivering a high-quality, memorable, educational, and fun virtual experience. They will build on the success of 2020 program to deliver an even more robust and inclusive program this year. We hope that you will participate.

Class, teacher, and registration information for the virtual event will be announced in the coming months. Everyone who registered for the 2021 in-person Seminar has been contacted and information about the refund process will be finalized and announced shortly.
